Jeffrey Friedman is Chief Executive Officer​ of TowerFive Real Estate Group.  He is a seasoned real estate operator with over 15 years of experience driving asset performance and value. He specializes in acquisitions, repositioning, financial structuring, and capital project oversight. Known for his focus on maximizing operational efficiency and bottom-line cash flow, Mr. Friedman brings creative, out-of-the-box thinking to every challenge.

Before founding TowerFive, Mr. Friedman was Managing Director at Goldmont Realty Corp, overseeing a portfolio of commercial and Multi-Family assets. He also completed coursework in real estate finance and investment at NYU Schack, enhancing his financial and strategic expertise.
