Ben Thomas is Director - Multifamily Investment Sales for the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield.  Mr. Thomas joined the firm in 2018 as a Financial Analyst and has been involved in the sale of over 71,000 units with an aggregate sales volume of more than $8.2 Billion. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and the FL Panhandle.

Prior to his role as a Senior Associate, Mr. Thomas was responsible for financial underwriting, valuation, and market analysis for the Birmingham-based group. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Alabama.
