Andrew Agee is the Managing Director at SVN Multifamily, an international real estate brokerage headquartered in Boston.  Mr. Agee is passionate about providing outstanding value to his clients and community, and brings 17 years of Multi-Family brokerage experience to the SVN team covering the Southeast US. Beginning his career as an analyst, he offers a strong expertise at underwriting and analyzing operating data, forming advanced underwriting thesis, and determining true value of property assets while recognizing the unique upsides and challenges of each property.  

Mr. Agee has been a top producer for SVN in the Southeast for 13 years, completing transactions from Texas to North Carolina, with transaction volume of more than $2 billion.  Mr. Agee has been included in SVN International’s Partner Circle seven times, an achievement that less than one percent of advisors achieve. 

Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mr. Agee served as Vice President and Senior Advisor of the SVN Multi Housing Group. He is a member of the National Apartment Association, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council, Committee of 100 in Huntsville, and serves on the Board of the Margarita Society, a nonprofit organization that collects thousands of toys for various charitable organizations at Christmas.  Mr. Agee resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife Elizabeth and 13-year old daughter.
