Doni Blumenthal is the President & CEO of Copper Beech Capital, a debt & equity advisory firm where he advises clients on financing and capital raising across the full spectrum of asset classes, with a focus on Multi-Family and industrial. 

Prior to forming CBC, Mr. Blumenthal oversaw capital markets for a Multi-Family NYC development firm. Mr. Blumenthal began his career at a large real estate debt brokerage where he advised clients on financings across asset classes. 
Mr. Blumenthal received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Blumenthal has successfully structured and closed multi-million-dollar transactions across various asset classes, guiding clients through the intricacies of capital raises, strategic acquisitions, and high-yield exits.
