Daniel Benedict is the Founder and President of Benedict Realty Group (BRG). BRG is a privately held company founded over twenty years ago owning and managing over 7,500 multifamily units in New York City including buildings and sponsor condo or coop units. In addition, BRG owns over a million square feet of commercial and multifamily properties outside New York City including medical office, multifamily, manufactured home sites and general commercial office buildings. BRG’s strategy is to purchase both core plus and value-add opportunities.

A resident of New York City, Mr. Benedict is on the Executive Board of the New York Apartment Association, (NYAA) and on the Board of First Central Savings Bank. Mr. Benedict is also on the National Board of the FIDF.
