Judah Samter is a Co-Head of Loan Origination for Argentic. Prior to joining Argentic, Mr. Samter was a Senior Vice President at Capital One Bank (“Capital One”), where he was responsible for originating real estate loans for the bank’s balance sheet. Additionally, Mr. Samter was responsible for marketing, negotiating and selling Capital One’s performing and non-performing loans.
Prior to Capital One, Mr. Samter worked at CIBC World Markets, where he originated and sourced fixed and floating rate real estate construction, bridge, permanent and development loans. Prior to that, Mr. Samter spent two years at Fitch Ratings as part of their analyst credit training program. Mr. Samter earned a B.S. from Yeshiva University and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
