Moshe Slepoy brings a unique blend of financial expertise and real estate management experience that has propelled him to a leadership role at Broad Management Group, where he oversees the operations of a rapidly expanding real estate firm.
After earning his M.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Moshe began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City in 2013, specializing in the financial services sector within the assurance division. Working with some of the world’s largest insurance and reinsurance companies, Moshe developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic advisory.
In 2016, Moshe transitioned to Broad Management Group as a portfolio manager. His strategic insight and leadership earned him a promotion to Vice President of Operations within six months. Under his stewardship, Broad has seen impressive growth, nearly doubling in size—from managing 5,000 units to almost 10,000 today.
As Vice President of Operations, Moshe oversees the full spectrum of real estate management, from operational strategy to budgeting and financial analysis, ensuring that every aspect of the firm’s operations runs efficiently. He leads a team of regional and district managers, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaboration.
