David Wildes is President of Rosewood’s National Sales Division. He started working at Rosewood in October, 2021 and quickly established himself as a leader, and one of its top performing Brokers. In his first full year (2022), Mr. Wildes closed six deals, in three different states (all new territories for the company) totaling over $150M. In the first quarter of 2023, Mr. Wildes closed four more deals totaling $90M before being named President of the National team. To date in 2023, Mr. Wildes’ total sales volume has already eclipsed $400M.
Some of Mr. Wildes most notable transactions include the Willow Creek Apartments in Jonesboro AR ($55,000,000), the Stonecrest Apartments in New Albany, IN ($33,000,000), the Woodridge Apartments in Fairfield OH ($32,250,000), and the Ritzen Portfolio in Little Rock ($23,000,000).
Mr. Wildes is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He and his wife reside on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He is an avid sports fan and is likely to celebrate closings with his clients at a New York sporting event.
