Who can attend?

If you own 500+ units of Multi-Family real estate and that is your core business, the MFO Summit is for you.   Those who service the real estate industry – such as vendors -- must Sponsor to attend.

 

What is the cost for an MF Owner to attend?  

$1800 per person.  This includes five panel sessions, lectures, Breakfast, Lunch, two Dinners, a Dessert Reception, assorted refreshments during Breaks, transportation to off-property Dinners and a Swag Bag with gifts and snacks.  Hotels and flight arrangements are not included and must be booked separately.  We reserve a block of limited number of rooms at the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa at a special rate for conference attendees.  A link to reserve one of those rooms is sent once Registration is completed.

 

What is the cost for a Sponsor to attend?

There are five Sponsorship levels.

  • Capstone:  $15,000
  • Silverstone (for RE Brokers only):  $18,000
  • Keystone: $25,000
  • Core:  $50,000
  • Event (one per Summit):  $100,000

Sponsors receive everything Owners receive, including entrance for multiple attendees plus additional benefits.  For details about the number of attendees and benefits each Sponsorship level includes, click here.
